Wellness gymnastics is a set of exercises aimed at strengthening health and maintaining physical fitness. For good effectiveness and lasting results, it requires regular practice, correct exercise technique, and understanding of physiological processes.

In our studio, sessions are conducted using the special BiodynFlow method.

The workouts include exercises for strengthening the muscular corset, deep work on large and small joints, stretching, and balancing the entire body, which helps improve coordination, joint and ligament flexibility.

The goal of our training is to teach the body to control its muscles, restore body balance, and vital energy.
