Author’s Session “Light Touch”

Gentle biodynamic practice based on attentive observation of the body’s natural rhythms.

Unlike intensive techniques, no pressure or mechanical manipulation is used here. Biodynamic contact helps the body gradually release accumulated tension and return to a state of natural harmony.

Three main areas of practice:

  • Restoring biodynamic energy flow in the body;
  • Opening energy channels, removing blockages;
  • Activating cellular rejuvenation and healing of the body

Through light touch and observation of the body’s rhythms, tissues are “revitalized,” respiratory breathing and metabolic processes at the cellular level are restored, and physical and energetic blocks are released. During the process, the body receives a powerful resource and activates its own internal healing forces.
The result of such a session can last for several days and even weeks.

Biodynamic touch is non-invasive and non-therapeutic; it is attentive presence, observation, and an energetic dialogue with the body at a deep level, which initiates natural restorative processes in the body.
This process is so natural that it does not cause any negative side effects.
