BiodynFlow — Self-Restoration Program

A training program focused on natural restoration and rejuvenation of the face and body using simple biodynamic self-techniques and short sets of restorative exercises.

These wellness practices help release accumulated tension, restore the nervous system, and support the body’s natural self-regulation.

The course is suitable for all ages and does not require any special preparation.

The main goal is to learn how to feel your body and restore emotional and physical well-being independently.

  • Techniques for diagnosing imbalances and restoring body balance

  • Techniques for relieving tension in the neck muscles and restoring range of motion

  • Technique for lifting facial tissues by normalizing their tone

  • Techniques for releasing tension in facial muscles

  • Techniques for restoring tone in the chest muscles

  • Techniques and exercises for relieving tension in the eye muscles

  • Training in mental and physical neutrality as a way to consciously assess emotions without allowing them to negatively affect your body, mind, and relationships

  • Developing hand sensitivity for effective self-work with the body

  • Biodynamic techniques for diagnosing and restoring body balance

  • Osteopathic techniques for relieving tension in the neck muscles and restoring mobility

  • Osteopathic techniques for releasing tension in the cranial bones

  • Osteopathic techniques for restoring tone in the chest and subclavian muscles

  • Osteocorrection of thoracoabdominal diaphragm dysfunctions

  • Biodynamic techniques for облегчение nasal breathing (facilitating easier nasal breathing)

  • Osteopathic techniques and exercises for relieving tension in the eyes and extraocular muscles
