One-Day Restorative Urban Retreat

A one-day retreat is a space for deep reset, restoring your inner resource, and reconnecting with yourself through movement, breathwork, and body awareness.

Throughout the day, we gently guide the body and nervous system through practices of relaxation, tension release, and inner renewal.

The retreat program combines bodywork, breathwork, meditation, and fluid movement — helping you slow down, feel lightness, and restore inner balance.

Feminine Flow Retreat

Eastern Dance Bodywork
Soft, fluid movement helps open the body, enhance sensitivity, femininity, and free energy flow through natural work with rhythm and breath.

Full-Body Stretching & Gentle Flexibility
A practice aimed at deep muscle relaxation, releasing accumulated tension, improving mobility, and creating a sense of lightness throughout the body.

Meditation
A calm practice of inner presence that slows the flow of thoughts, restores emotional balance, and brings you into a state of stillness within.

Breathwork Practices
Conscious breathing helps reduce inner tension, restore the nervous system’s resource, and fill the body with a sense of energy and calm.

This day is designed to step out of your usual rhythm, release accumulated fatigue, and return to yourself through gentle work with the body and your inner state.

Qi & Kundalini Retreat

This day brings together movement, energy work, and meditation — creating space to reset the body, nervous system, and emotional state.
Through gentle and mindful practices, participants gradually move into a state of calm, inner stability, and deep connection with themselves.

The retreat program includes:

Qigong
A smooth energy practice based on gentle movement, breathwork, and focused attention. Helps restore inner balance, improve the sense of energy in the body, and release accumulated tension.

Kundalini Yoga
A practice combining movement, breath, concentration, and work with inner energy. Aimed at unlocking inner resources, raising energy levels, and harmonizing emotional state.

Reiki
A gentle energy practice for deep relaxation and restoration. Helps you slow down, release inner tension, and create a sense of calm and inner harmony.

Meditation
A practice of inner stillness and mindfulness that restores emotional balance, reduces stress, and deepens your connection with yourself.

This retreat is designed for those who want to slow down, restore their inner resource, and spend a day in an atmosphere of calm, mindfulness, and gentle self-care.

Energy & Sound Retreat

This retreat is a space for deep reset, where every practice is selected individually based on your current state, intention, and inner needs.

At the start of the session, a specialist will attentively listen to your request and help determine which practices will be most beneficial for you at this moment.

Bioresonance testing reveals your current state, level of inner tension, and energetic imbalance — making the practices more precise, personalized, and deeply focused on resource restoration.

You will then be guided through a sequential immersion in Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and breathwork.
Each stage gently opens the next, helping the body relax, the nervous system slow down, and your inner state reach harmony and balance.

Over 4 hours, you gradually move from tension and overwhelm to a feeling of lightness, inner stability, and deep restoration.

After the retreat, many participants experience:
