Breathing Practices
The practice of conscious breathing helps normalize the body’s natural rhythms and restore balance to the nervous system. Through gentle breathing techniques, tension accumulated in the muscles and nervous system is gradually released.
During the session, attention is focused on the breath and the sensation of the body’s inner space.
Breathing practices work by consciously controlling the rhythm, depth, and type of breathing (abdominal or chest), affecting the autonomic nervous system. Slow, deep breathing activates the parasympathetic system (relaxation), reducing stress and heart rate. The techniques also oxygenate the blood, improve lung function, and help relieve anxiety by shifting the brain from panic mode to calmness.
During and after the practice, clients note that negative feelings and emotions weaken, tension levels noticeably decrease, and a sense of inner peace and harmony emerges.
Breathing practices are a powerful yet natural tool for neuromodulation, regulating metabolism in the body and brain.
We conduct breathing practices based on the individual characteristics of the client and the state of their nervous system.
