Emilia is a biodynamic energy therapist, Reiki master, yoga instructor, internationally recognized fitness trainer, founder of the BiodynFlow wellness studio, and creator of the “Aesthetic Osteoplasty” method.
Based on her extensive experience working with the body and a deep understanding of the body’s regenerative processes, Emilia has developed a holistic approach to wellness that combines biodynamic bodywork, Reiki energy therapy, and therapeutic gymnastics, aimed at gently restoring balance, internal energy, and the body’s natural resources.
Shahaina Alieva
Shahaina Alieva is a sound healing practitioner who works with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and gong. She offers both individual and group sound healing sessions, creating immersive vibrational experiences that support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional well-being.
Through the therapeutic frequencies of these sacred instruments, Shahaina creates a safe and nurturing space where participants can release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner harmony.

Access Bars is a technique for spiritual personal transformation and improving quality of life through liberation from negative programs and limiting behavior patterns that accumulate in a person’s subconscious and can negatively impact the psyche, hindering personal development and self-realization.
The session is easy and enjoyable, requiring virtually no effort, yet delivers visible results in just one session. Many who have experienced the technique have compared it to an hour of full-fledged mindfulness meditation, but noted that an Access Bars session is much easier and does not require full engagement.
